Facilities Mobilisation Executive

This role involves leading the mobilisation and transition of facilities management operations for Carbon60's clients. You will establish relationships with clients, review commercial obligations, and manage mobilisation programmes to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mobilisation and transition phases
* Conduct thorough reviews of commercial obligations to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and manage mobilisation programme packs that reflect contract scope and agreed processes
* Collaborate with service streams to design and implement effective processes for accounts
* Identify and mitigate risks during the mobilisation phase through risk register management
* Design and implement account recovery plans and change projects to drive business improvement
* Contribute to the enhancement of mobilisation and transition standard operating procedures
* Establish and maintain reporting functions for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Significant experience in TFM operations, FM Helpdesk, and CAFM Management
* Proficiency in FM IT solutions, including Microsoft programmes and CAFM systems
* Strong knowledge of current legislation and mandatory standards related to safe working practices
* Valid full UK driving licence and ability to travel as required
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence
