Rehabilitation Services Assistant

As a key member of the Rehabilitation and Recovery Services team, you will provide essential support to patients, enhancing their overall well-being.
Working in close collaboration with healthcare professionals, you will deliver tailored support to meet the unique needs of each patient, promoting recovery and rehabilitation.
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, to support your work in the secure care environment.
You will be based at Ashworth High Secure Hospital and may be required to work across the Secure and SpLD Division, including Ashworth, Rowan View Medium Secure Unit, or Low Secure Units.

- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Support the smooth operation of the Patient's Shop
