Job Summary

MERSEY CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST seeks a Rehabilitation Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide vital support to adults with acquired brain injuries, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist therapy teams in delivering tailored rehabilitation programmes, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care and attention. Additionally, you will facilitate patient participation, monitor and document patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

A strong background in healthcare, preferably in a rehabilitation setting, is essential for this role. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

About the Position

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
