Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Stroke and Rehabilitation Team Leader to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key leader in our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to adult patients following stroke.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination and communication
  • Manage and coordinate team resources to optimize patient outcomes

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
