Job Description: Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives within the New Build housing market.

Location: Southeast, UK

Estimated Salary: £56,200 per annum (based on industry standards)

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will create and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets within regional and national house builders.

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the house building sector.
  2. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
  3. Work collaboratively with marketing, internal sales, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales management experience within the building materials or construction sector.
  2. Leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
