**Job Description**

The Portfolio Group is seeking a Salary Administration Manager to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company and broaden your knowledge from an experienced team.

**Key Duties**

  • Implementation and onboarding of new clients.
  • Building new client relationships.
  • Processing parallel runs.
  • Ensuring run results balance with previous payroll provider.
  • Delivering coaching and training sessions to sales support consultants.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary package of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including profit share scheme, day off on birthday, Bright Exchange discounts, access to Employee Assistance Programme, 25 days' holiday, pension plan, life insurance, company incentives, access to discount schemes, and holidays increase after 2- and 5-years' service.

Normal working hours are 40 hours a week, 8:45AM – 5:30PM.
