About This Role

We are looking for an exceptional SEN Instructor to join our team at Westbourne School, part of Acorn Education. As an SEN Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and learning in accordance with the ethos, organisation, and policies of the school.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with a particular focus on Design and Technology. You will be responsible for planning and preparing schemes of work and lesson plans, as well as creating a purposeful learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our pupils.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to a wide range of mental health support services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team of professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional growth of our pupils.
