Main Objective of the Role:

The main objective of this role is to be a key senior member of our Immigration team, providing exceptional service to our clients on a range of matters.

This includes advising small to medium-sized enterprises and some larger corporations on all aspects of UK Corporate and Private immigration work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service:
    • Advising clients on all aspects of UK Corporate and Private immigration work, including:
    • Advising, preparing, submitting, and reviewing visa applications, for Global Mobility Visas, Employer Sponsor License applications, Skilled Worker Visas, Spouse Visas, Visitor Visas.
    • Right to work checks and compliance audits for small to medium-sized businesses or individuals (such as investor, entrepreneur, and sole representative extensions and Innovator Founder applications).
    • Developing your own caseload and providing support to the Immigration team client base, discussing fee quotes and tactical and strategic advice with partner/senior associates.
    • Managing client relationships and business development/cross-referral opportunities both internally and externally.
    • Contributing to immigration updates and preparing articles for the website and for sending out.
    • Attending networking events and engaging enthusiastically with our marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Immigration law.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Corporate and Private immigration work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business development skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
