Role Overview

Burberry is looking for a talented Senior Merchandise Manager to join our EMEIA Retail Merchandising team. This role will be responsible for leading retail merchandising activities within the RTW division, working closely with Collection Merchandising to drive business results.

About You
  • You have a proven track record in Retail Merchandising for a luxury brand, with expertise in Raw Material forecasting, on-time delivery, and excess management.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and deep product knowledge, with the ability to develop seasonal margin targets and support Collection Merchandising in achieving initial margin goals.
  • You are a dynamic and collaborative leader, able to build positive relationships with cross-functional teams and drive business results.
