Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and help us ensure that all changes to our game are functional and all risks are reported before release. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining test documentation, helping to improve our QA processes, and collaborating closely with Development and Production roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with various teams to test new features and bug fixes
  • Compile reports and track progress
  • Proactively pick up testing requests
  • Create and execute test plans
  • Analyze information to identify risk areas
  • Take ownership of the testing of new features from development to post-release
  • Work closely with the Lead QA to improve QA processes
  • Create and maintain test documentation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in QA
  • Strong understanding of QA concepts and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on mobile games
  • Experience working with Freemium business models
  • Experience leading a small team of testers
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Test-Rail
