Customer Experience and Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience and Operations Assistant to join our team at SchoolGrid. As a key member of our aftercare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' schools and parents receive the best possible experience working with us.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle a variety of inbound and outbound enquiries from schools and parents, both on the phone and via email. You will also assist the project/mobilisation team to ensure smooth rollouts and successful go-live launches for new clients.
Additionally, you will work alongside the product team to guarantee a seamless user experience for new features by assisting with client training and documentation. You will also assist with financial administration tasks, including both sales and purchase ledgers.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on internal projects and ad-hoc duties to propel departmental and company growth.
RequirementsWe are looking for a fantastic people person with a passion for building connections with people. You should have excellent communication skills (both phone and email) and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be able to commute to our Livingston HQ on a daily basis, although we are happy to discuss hybrid working arrangements following your success onboarding period.
