We are a fast-growing company seeking talented and passionate individuals to join us on our journey. We are currently looking for an excellent customer care and operations assistant to join our aftercare team.
The RoleAs a Customer Experience and Operations Assistant, your primary role will be to ensure our clients' schools and parents receive the best possible experience working with SchoolGrid. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders, including the service, product, and project teams, as well as the COO on internal projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of inbound and outbound enquiries from schools and parents via phone and email.
- Assisting the project/mobilisation team to ensure smooth rollouts and successful go-live launches for new clients.
- Working alongside the product team to guarantee a seamless user experience for new features by assisting with client training and documentation.
- Assisting with financial administration tasks, including sales and purchase ledgers.
- Working directly with the COO on internal projects and ad-hoc duties to propel departmental and company growth.
We are looking for a fantastic people person with a passion for building connections with people, excellent communication skills (both phone and email), and a genuine enthusiasm for providing the best service possible.
You may have experience in retail customer service or similar roles, but for us, your drive matters more. You are a quick learner with a can-do attitude, eager to develop a diverse skillset for your future.
We value a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn more than specific experience. If you have a background in retail, customer service, or similar roles, that's fantastic, but it's not essential. We're looking for someone eager to develop a diverse skillset for their future, and you'll have opportunities to work in customer care, finance, project management, product team, and operations.
