About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Care Services Manager to lead our supported living service in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the Team: Provide leadership, support and mentoring to the office team, senior care assistants and team of care assistants.
  2. New Service User Intake: Conduct new care assessments, ensuring that the service user's needs are met and the care provided is person-centered and exceeds expectations.
  3. Servicing Quality: Conduct quality surveys and audits and implement action plans to drive improvement within the service.
  4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Build rapport and professional relationships with multidisciplinary teams and local authorities.
  5. Incident Resolution: Ensure complaints and incidents are handled efficiently and timely.

Person Specification:

  • RQF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in healthcare.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager with the CQC.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and young adults, within a supported living setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
