The Tech Product Analyst role supports various products for a growing customer base and Energy Specialists, collaborating with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with product leads, managers, business owners, and engineers to develop and refine the product pipeline
  2. Gain expert understanding of focus areas and internal processes
  3. Understand and manage the impact of incidents and bug fixes
  4. Manage product backlog and translate problems into features and issues
  5. Validate and test newly delivered technology with business teams
  6. Build a robust stakeholder network within the business and with partners

Requirements:
  1. Tech and energy experience
  2. Experience with complex delivery pipelines
  3. Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
  4. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management
  5. Ability to navigate complex datasets, perform analysis, and define solutions
  6. Excellent communication, translation, and presentation skills
  7. Desire to learn and comfort with feedback
