At Horder Healthcare, we are currently seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our dynamic team at The McIndoe Centre.

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent communication skills who can provide exceptional care to our patients in the operating theatre. As a key member of our theatre team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting consultant-led surgeries and working on varied caseloads within a recognised Centre of Excellence.

This is a permanent position that offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, alongside a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. About You:

  • You will be a registered nurse or ODP Level 3 qualification holder with extensive experience in a scrub role and hospital theatre setting.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
  • You will be proactive and forward-thinking, with a passion for continued learning and professional development.
  • You will be committed to upholding our Safeguarding policy and adhere to pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check), before appointment.
