Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive events and community strategy to meet fundraising targets
- Lead a team of fundraisers to deliver events and community activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to secure funding and support
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events and community activities, making recommendations for improvement
- Proven experience in fundraising, events, and community development, preferably in a charity or non-profit setting
