Event Coordinator Job Opportunity

Greenpower Education Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As part of our Events Team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing successful events, ensuring a high-quality experience for our participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Manage event timelines, including setup, registration, and tear-down
  • Communicate with vendors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless event execution
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring costs are within allocated limits
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote our events and engage our audience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and event management software
