Event Manager (Operations) - Chichester

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our esteemed Motorsport Event Operations team, responsible for planning and delivering our flagship motorsport events; Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members' Meeting.

As a Motorsport Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and logistical planning from inception to completion. You will collaborate and proactively work with the Event Operations team and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.

Effective organisation with the ability to continuously prioritise is essential to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a senior event planning role and will have broad knowledge of the event industry, including outdoor events.

An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach, you will work with key stakeholders to help deliver exceptional moments across our portfolio of events, exceeding customer expectations.

You will support the Event General Manager with sustainable and profitable growth across the events and help continue to grow Goodwood's long-standing reputation for producing world-class motorsport events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver events that exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the Event Operations team and stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support the Event General Manager with growth and development
