Event Coordinator

A unique opportunity has arisen to contribute to our exceptional Motorsport Event Operations team, responsible for planning and delivering our headline motorsport events; Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members' Meeting.
As a Motorsport Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and logistical planning from outset to completion. You will work collaboratively and proactively with the Event Operations team and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
Effective organisation with the ability to continuously prioritise is essential to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a senior event planning role and will have broad knowledge of the event industry, including outdoor events.
An excellent relationship builder, enthusiastic and collaborative in your approach, you will work with key stakeholders to help deliver exceptional moments across our portfolio of events, exceeding customer expectations.
You will support the Event General Manager with sustainable and profitable growth across the events and help continue to grow Goodwood's long-standing reputation for producing world-class motorsport events.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective operational and logistical planning
- Work collaboratively with the Event Operations team and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional moments
- Support the Event General Manager with sustainable and profitable growth across the events
- A passion for delivering events in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and think laterally
- Natural ability to lead project groups and bring the best out of peers
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to grow networks internally and externally
