Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Junior Butler to join our team at The Goodwood Estate. As a Junior Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting our Butlers during various events and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our Butlers during events, including weddings, conferences, and parties
- Provide a high level of service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure the highest standards of service are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evening, weekends, and public holidays as required
