Account and Data Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account and Data Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple customer accounts and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  2. Make outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and negotiate prices with suppliers and customers.
  3. Attend industry-related events to network and build relationships with potential customers.
  4. Take orders via telephone and email, identify customer needs, and provide advice as appropriate.
  5. Record information accurately using bespoke in-house systems and maintain customer CRM records.
  6. Work on several jobs at any one time, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Negotiate prices with suppliers and customers to ensure maximum profitability for the business.
  8. Develop strong relationships and rapport with customers to ensure exceptional service and drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in providing a high standard of customer service and sales experience, including B2B sales and account management.
  2. Ability to identify new opportunities to sell products and services and negotiate prices with suppliers and customers.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  4. Good negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
