About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Team Manager to join our team at Roxby House. As a Senior Care Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of Adult Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Ensure that all aspects of care and support are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and policies.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care – Adults or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a similar setting.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience of leading and motivating teams.
  • Ability to effectively train individuals and groups.
