**Job Description:** Customer Experience Manager

Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists is looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Crm Strategies across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to engage and retain customers.

About the Job:

  • Develop and implement crm strategies to drive engagement, retention, and growth for our clients.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, testing, and reporting.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer data to understand behaviors, preferences, and trends.
  • Leverage customer data to create dynamic, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop automated workflows to streamline and enhance crm processes using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Regularly measure and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Analytical Mindset: Highly proficient in data analysis.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
