**Job Description:** Customer Experience Manager
Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists is looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Crm Strategies across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to engage and retain customers.
About the Job:
- Develop and implement crm strategies to drive engagement, retention, and growth for our clients.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, testing, and reporting.
- Build and optimize customer journeys to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
- Analyze customer data to understand behaviors, preferences, and trends.
- Leverage customer data to create dynamic, personalized campaigns that drive engagement and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop automated workflows to streamline and enhance crm processes using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Regularly measure and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
