Multi Skilled Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
As a skilled maintenance engineer, you will provide front-line support to the shift operations team, ensuring machinery is running efficiently and performing electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance. With experience in manufacturing and knowledge of lean practices, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment up and running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support to the production team
- Perform routine PPM and scheduled maintenance works
- Electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance
- Dismantle and reassemble production equipment
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC level
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement mentality
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000+ DOE (depending on experience)
Benefits: Up to 8% matched pension, 5% bonus, life assurance, healthcare cash back plan
Working Hours: 12 hour days and nights rota (2 days/ 2 nights, 4 off)
