About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team at Leiths, based in Cumbernauld, Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet of vehicles, including vans, HGVs, and plant machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire checks, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues with vehicles.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • A clean Class One (C+E) licence is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of multi-purpose fleets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional overtime.
