About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join Your Housing Group's Repairs and Maintenance Division. As a Commercial Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of costs and compliance with procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely payment to contractors
- Assist in regular internal audits on commercial and operational procedures
- Provide cost-related information to other departments as required
- Build relationships with external contractors and internal colleagues
Requirements
- Demonstrable skills in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Demonstrable numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to meet clear deadlines related to workload
What We Offer
Your Housing Group offers a competitive salary of £27,374 for a 40-hour week, and 22 days annual leave, plus 3 discretionary days between Christmas and New Year, plus Bank Holidays. We also offer a flexible, homeworking culture where you're trusted to get the job done.
