Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team at Travail Employment Group Ltd. As an Export Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our freight process, ensuring accurate data entry, client and vendor invoicing, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

About the Role:

  • Track and maintain the smooth running of freight processes
  • Accurately enter freight information into our CRM system
  • Process client and vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Update clients on delivery status and build strong relationships
  • Provide general administrative support to the department

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a background in administrative or customer services, proficient in Microsoft programs, and confident in learning new systems. Experience with CRM systems is beneficial, but full training will be provided. If you have a passion for export administration, freight forwarding, or logistics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
