Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain the smooth running of freight processes
- Accurate data entry of freight information
- Client and vendor invoicing
- Client contact updating on delivery and rapport building

Requirements:
- Administrative or customer services background
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Confident in picking up new packages
