The Role

We are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our fast-growing road freight export department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to manage all aspects of their road exports, including issuing quotes, arranging shipments, and managing customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Issue quotes and arrange shipments for customers
  • Manage customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of road freight export processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in road freight and/or exports
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Right to work in the UK (we are not able to sponsor work permits)
