Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Senior Physiotherapy Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, safe, evidence-based and goal-focused rehabilitation services to stroke survivors in the community.

About the Role:

The key objectives of this post are to provide holistic assessment and specialist physiotherapy intervention to support stroke survivors in becoming experts in their own care and remaining in their own homes. Clear clinical reasoning, good assessment and intervention skills, and experience in neuro/stroke care are essential.

Requirements:

  • Registered physiotherapist with HCPC
  • Evidence of on-going CPD
  • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of a broad range of assessments including specialist relevant to the specialist care group
  • To use Word, PowerPoint, email, excel and access
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Work independently using own initiative
  • Prioritise own and others' workload, delegating appropriately

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum.
