Carrier Relationship Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Carrier Relationship Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Relationship Management and Global Claims team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for brokers and senior executives within the Ceded Re departments of our clients.
- Advocate and represent the interests of our clients with their business partners.
- Provide insightful management information to stakeholders through regular reporting.
- Explore business development opportunities with brokers.
- Assist with managing operational business risk.
- Use business acumen to ensure colleagues are ahead of trends in business placement.
- Ensure skillsets are continually reviewed and enhanced.
- Build and maintain value-added partnerships with strategic markets to improve performance cycle times.
- Demonstrate a pipeline of excellence and succession by coaching colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in the reinsurance sector is essential.
- Experience working with all aspects of post-placement activities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into valuable insights for the business and clients.
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate positive results for clients and the business.
