Care and Support Job Description:
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and caring Relief Lodges Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to residents in various retirement lodges and developments across North Wales, Liverpool, and Manchester.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure residents' needs are met, and implement care plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, including medication administration and care activities.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.36, plus reimbursement for mileage. We also offer flexible working arrangements, with hours offered on an 'as and when required' basis (zero hours / casual contract).

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills, including record-keeping and data entry.
