Key Responsibilities- Ensure the pool area is safe and clean at all times.
- Monitor the pool and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Competent swimmer with the ability to swim 200 meters in under 4 minutes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
- Passion for the leisure industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
