Senior Management Team Member - Front of House Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Management Team Member to join our team as the Front of House Manager at Woking Leisure Centre. As a key member of our Centre Management team, you will be responsible for managing the Reception and Catering functions, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Manage the Reception and Catering functions, ensuring excellent customer service and a high-quality experience for our customers.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Contribute to the overall direction of the centre, working closely with the Centre Management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and income performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an operational leisure role, preferably in a senior management position.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, with experience of managing and delivering sales targets and income performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team.
  • Awareness of industry developments and trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve our services.
