About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive lawyer to join our Corporate Private Equity team as a Senior Development Lawyer. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the team informed of legal updates and regulatory changes, providing insightful analysis and tailored communications.

  • Manage and update a comprehensive bank of precedents, ensuring they reflect current legislation and case law.
  • Lead training sessions for new joiners, associates, and clients, collaborating with partners to ensure impactful learning experiences.
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge resources, including best practice guides and transaction bibles.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives to improve legal process efficiencies, including the use of innovative technology and AI tools.

This role would suit a motivated and ambitious lawyer with a strong commercial focus, excellent drafting and research skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and build strong relationships is essential.
