Key Requirements

A highly skilled professional is needed to work closely with the CEO in addressing critical challenges facing our organization.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional drive, logical thinking, and an unwavering commitment to achieving results. You will need to navigate various levels effectively, from structuring raw data to designing business processes and engaging in boardroom discussions. Furthermore, you should be able to collaborate seamlessly with personnel across different functions, levels, and cultures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work on high-priority tasks such as cost optimization, organizational effectiveness, risk management, and M&A opportunities.
  • Develop and drive strategic agendas for the executive team.
  • Lead impactful initiatives from inception through execution.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare board decks for quarterly reviews.
  • Research and evaluate new markets and programs.
Essential Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience within a fast-growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who can identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
