Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Runner. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and retrieving materials, assisting with office moves and equipment setups, and maintaining a clean and inviting facility for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and retrieve materials in a timely manner to/from the correct recipients.
  • Assist with moving furniture and other heavy objects around the building.
  • Handle company sound equipment moves, including setting up equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting facility for employees and clients.
  • Assist with preparation of meetings by setting up food and beverages.
  • Perform other Operations-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for post-production and a willingness to learn about edit-based technology.
  • Have experience working in a customer-focused role and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to multitask under pressure and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Have a flexible approach to duties and shift work.
  • Be able to maintain excellent self-management skills and timekeeping.
