Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Development Officer to join our team at Phoenix Medical Supplies. As a key member of our Supply Chain Development Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering and governing consistency of initiatives/projects/standards relating to regulatory compliance, commercial value, and customer service.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the communication and implementation of best practice approaches and consistency of standards across our wholesale network. Additionally, you will be involved in other initiatives, reviewing and recommending process improvements, and coaching members of the wholesale network to deliver the required capabilities to follow best practice standards and approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Supply Chain Development Team in delivering and governing consistency of initiatives/projects/standards
  2. Communicate and implement best practice approaches and consistency of standards across the wholesale network
  3. Review and recommend process improvements
  4. Coach members of the wholesale network to deliver required capabilities
Requirements

You will have previous experience with project management frameworks, warehouse design, operational methodologies, and governance techniques. You will also have demonstrable experience in a field-based role, ideally in a warehouse/pharmaceutical industry. Essential skills include effective communication and presentation skills, high degree of planning and organisation, ability to manage competing priorities, and competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
