Supply Chain Development Opportunity

Runcorn-based with overnight travel required

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Development Officer to join our existing Supply Chain Development Team at Phoenix Medical Supplies. As a key member of the team, you will support the development and implementation of initiatives and projects that drive consistency and excellence in our wholesale network.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting the communication and implementation of best practice approaches and consistency of standards across the wholesale network. This will involve reviewing and recommending process improvements, coaching members of the wholesale network, and ensuring that they have the necessary capabilities to follow best practice standards and approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and implementation of initiatives and projects that drive consistency and excellence in our wholesale network
  2. Review and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  3. Coach members of the wholesale network to ensure they have the necessary capabilities to follow best practice standards and approaches
  4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Development Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain development, logistics, and operations. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively in a team.

Key skills and experience include:

  1. Effective communication and presentation skills
  2. High degree of planning and organisation
  3. Ability to manage competing priorities
  4. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
