Supply Chain Development Officer

Runcorn-based with overnight travel required
£30,362. As a key member of the Supply Chain Development Team at Phoenix Medical Supplies, you will play a vital role in delivering and governing consistency of initiatives/projects/standards relating to regulatory compliance, commercial value, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include supporting the communication and implementation of best practice approaches and consistency of standards across the wholesale network. Additionally, you will be involved in other initiatives, reviewing and recommending process improvements, and coaching members of the wholesale network to deliver the required capabilities to follow best practice standards and approaches.

About The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management frameworks, warehouse design, operational methodologies, and governance techniques. You will also have the ability to role model personal leadership and have demonstrable experience in a field-based role, ideally in a warehouse/pharmaceutical industry.

Essential Skills/Experience:
  1. Effective communication and presentation skills
  2. High degree of planning and organisation
  3. Ability to manage competing priorities
  4. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
