Nurse Practitioner

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Registered Nurse to work in a low secure hospital based in Ayr, Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,857 - £41,578 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a £3,000 Welcome Bonus.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness and/or personality disorders. This will involve developing therapeutic relationships, following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, and contributing to patient assessments and care plans.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Excellent team working skills
