National Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to accelerate growth and optimize margin contribution
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of Business Development Managers and Client Relations professionals
- Delivering market and customer insights to inform sales strategies
- Supporting individual sales processes and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring the consistent provision of reliable forecasts to support business operations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven coaching style with quantifiable results
- Experience in specification sales, preferably in the NHS, healthcare, or public sector
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly, with a minimum of a few days on the road each week
