Job Title: National Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to accelerate growth and optimize margin contribution
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of Business Development Managers and Client Relations professionals
  • Delivering market and customer insights to inform sales strategies
  • Supporting individual sales processes and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring the consistent provision of reliable forecasts to support business operations
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven coaching style with quantifiable results
  • Experience in specification sales, preferably in the NHS, healthcare, or public sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a minimum of a few days on the road each week
