Occupational Therapy Support Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and interested individual to join our team as an Integrated Therapy Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs, working closely with occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to deliver high-quality care and education.
Role Overview:As an Integrated Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering therapy programmes and providing administrative support to the OT and SaLT teams. You will work directly with individual young people or groups, assessing their needs and developing tailored support plans.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the Communication and Sensory Environment, ensuring that all young people have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Requirements:- An interest in communication and functional skills development
- Previous experience working with young people, ideally those with special needs
- Desirable: experience working with ASD, LD, or CAMHS
- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on experience
