Therapy Professional in Special Education

Join our team as a Speech and Language Therapist and make a real difference in the lives of children and young adults We are a specialist education school and college looking for an experienced therapist to work with our students with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop personalized therapy programs that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to achieve student learning and communication goals.
- Provide training and resources for staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of postgraduate experience as a Speech & Language Therapist.
- Proven track record of working with children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and additional needs.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
