Nursing Home Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a nursing home setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working under the guidance of an experienced manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high standards of care to residents with a range of general nursing needs
  • Creating and working with person-centred-care plans
  • Accurately and thoroughly maintaining service users records
  • Administering medication
  • Monitoring and assessing the needs of the residents
  • Leading a team of carers who are working under your guidance
  • Liaising with outside professionals

Requirements:

  • Nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN qualified)
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Good references and a clean DBS
  • Aware of the core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting
  • Ideal experience within a nursing home background
  • Exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of the residents at the forefront of everything that is done
  • Professional attitude to work
  • Reliable and committed to nursing
  • Experience of caring for people with dementia
