**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Provider to join our team in Leeds, providing home care and support for an individual with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering medication, gastrostomy feeding, and the use of hoists and slings. Knowledge of epilepsy care and awareness of communication, learning, and other difficulties is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication as prescribed by a healthcare professional
  • Assist with gastrostomy feeding and suction equipment use
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Promote independence and encourage participation in activities

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in health and social care or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in care work, preferably with individuals with complex needs
  • Current full driving licence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including waking nights and weekends
