We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team in Halifax. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, working closely with the care team, Deputy Head of Care and Head of Care to develop the service and contribute to positive outcomes.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Responding to and meeting the identified needs of children and young people as outlined in their individual care plans
  • Working in partnership with young people, their families, social workers and other relevant agencies to meet the needs of young people
  • Ensuring that work with children and young people is in keeping with legislative, procedural and good practice requirements

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week at £12.24 per hour, plus industry-leading training and opportunities for professional development.

  • Shifts: Days and nights, 9am-9pm and 9pm-9am
