We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personalised Care Provider to join our team at Be Caring Ltd.
About the RoleAs a Personalised Care Provider, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults in their local community. This role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can provide high-quality care that protects people's dignity and promotes their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals to meet their outcomes by involving families and professionals in their care plan.
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control, ensuring that each person receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.
- Connect individuals to their communities by accessing local support and services, helping them to maintain their relationships and participate in activities that bring them joy.
- Fully funded DBS check.
- Paid induction training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
- Opportunities for training and development, including funded Level 2 courses and accredited programmes.
- Holiday pay and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for added peace of mind.
We are recruiting for this role in Swarcliffe (LS14), Killingbeck (LS14), Seacroft (LS14), Crossgates (LS15), and Halton (LS15). Competitive pay and benefits, part-time and full-time hours available.
