About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Client Advisor to join our team. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be expected to provide outstanding service, build strong relationships with our clients, and drive sales through effective clientelling.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create a memorable shopping experience for our clients, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  2. Become an expert in our products, able to showcase our luxury fashion offerings and make informed recommendations to drive sales.
  3. Build and maintain a loyal client base, leveraging your knowledge of our brand and products to deliver unparalleled service.
  4. Engage with clients online, utilizing virtual shopping appointments to build rapport and increase sales.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
  6. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and trends to inform your recommendations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a natural flair for building relationships, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be knowledgeable about the luxury fashion industry and familiar with our brand values.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
