About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Client Advisor to join our team. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be expected to provide outstanding service, build strong relationships with our clients, and drive sales through effective clientelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a memorable shopping experience for our clients, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
- Become an expert in our products, able to showcase our luxury fashion offerings and make informed recommendations to drive sales.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, leveraging your knowledge of our brand and products to deliver unparalleled service.
- Engage with clients online, utilizing virtual shopping appointments to build rapport and increase sales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and trends to inform your recommendations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a natural flair for building relationships, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also be knowledgeable about the luxury fashion industry and familiar with our brand values.
Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
