Job Description:

ARC Group is seeking a skilled Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to work on reactive & void properties around the King's Lynn/Peterborough area. Our client is a leading maintenance contractor looking for experienced individuals to work on their Social Housing maintenance contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter, you will be required to carry out reactive and planned maintenance works on void properties. You will need to have good skills with carpentry and plumbing experience. Ideally, you will have a good variety of skills, including the ability to plumb (with solder joints), fit kitchens and bathrooms, carpentry, tile, and patch plaster. You will also need to have experience working with domestic properties.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:

A minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ level two or appropriate trade experience within at least 2 different trades. A minimum of 2 years experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms. Full UK Driving licence.
